Van Wert Police

November 20, 4:51 p.m. — Shane A. Carroll, 20, of 711 E. Main St., was arrested at his residence on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

November 19, 10:56 p.m. — Rodney K. Fetters, 46, of 823 Elm St., was arrested on charges of operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI) and having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

Delphos Police

November 20, 3:30 p.m. — Timothy Hamilton, 43, of Delphos, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence as a result of an incident that occurred in the 900 block of South Clay Street.

November 18, 3:55 p.m. — Lori Clarkson, 44, of Delphos, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence as a result of an incident that occurred in the 600 block of North Main Street.
