November 27, 8:48 p.m. — Maria A. Pugsley, 28, of 225 Woodstock Drive, was charged with obstructing official business after he allegedly made false statements to officers.

November 27, 10 p.m. — Samuel D. Stephenson, 34, and Angela Stephenson, 30, both of 232 N. Cherry St., were each charged with three counts of child endangerment, all first-degree misdemeanors, in connection with an incident that occurred at their residence.
