Delphos Police

November 27, 3:13 a.m. — Tanner Lewis, 18, of Ohio City, was charged with underage consumption and persistent disorderly conduct by intoxication and taken to Allen County Jail after he attempted to enter a residence in the 1000 block of North Canal Street and later jumped into the Miami & Erie Canal.

November 28, 1:19 p.m. — Robert Miller, 33, of Delphos, was charged with domestic violence as a result of an incident in the 500 block of North Moening Street.
