December 1, 11:29 a.m. — A resident of the 1200 block of Park Avenue reported that someone had entered their residence over the past couple of days and had taken electronic items from the house. The case was turned over to the Detective Bureau for further investigation.

December 1, 11:28 p.m. — John Lehmkuhle Jr., 54, of Delphos, was cited for driving a motor vehicle while under a driver’s license suspension.
