December 4, 1:48 p.m. — Andrea R. Brummette, 21, of 637 N. Franklin St., Apt. 9, was charged with domestic violence as a result of an incident that occurred at her residence.

December 2, 6:50 a.m. — Douglas R. Thatcher Jr., 32, of 405 S. Vine St., was charged with disorderly conduct while intoxicated for an incident that occurred in the 400 block of Burt Street.

December 1, 2:11 p.m. — A staff member at LifeLinks Community School reported that a 15-year-old male student had assaulted a 14-year-old male at the school.
