Van Wert Police

December 11, 6:53 a.m. — Mason D. Krugh, 17, of rural Ohio City, was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI) and underage consumption as a result of a traffic stop in the 1100 block of South Shannon Street.

December 12, 9:05 a.m. — A resident of the 200 block of North Washington Street reported the someone stole two pieces of photographic equipment from her home.

December 12, 11:11 a.m. — Robinson Investments, 1180 Kear Road, reported the theft of a large industrial air-conditioning unit from a storage facility.

December 12, 9:38 a.m. — A 15-year-old girl was arrested for assault for a fight that occurred on Van Wert Middle School property.

December 10, 6:37 p.m. — Roger W. McGue, 50, of 229 W. First St., was arrested on charged of driving under suspension and OVI after he was found driving the wrong way on West Crawford Street.
