December 20, 12:35 p.m. — Jonathan E. Jones, 36, of Delphos, was cited for a child safety restraint law violation and possession of marijuana as a result of a traffic stop on Main Street.

December 26, 4:39 p.m. — A resident of the 200 block of Clime Street reported the theft of Christmas presents from the porch of her home.
