Delphos Police November 8, 2:09 a.m. — Derrick Brooks, 29, of Delphos, was arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant issued in Lima Municipal Court on a charge of receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony offense. He was turned over to deputies from the Allen County (Ohio) Sheriff’s Department.
