February 25, 2 p.m. — A man reported another man assaulted him with a set of keys while both were in the 1600 block of East Fifth Street. The case will be forwarded to the Detective Bureau for further investigation.

February 23, 5:48 p.m. — The owner of a business in the 1100 block of Elida Road reported that two men removed items from the store without paying for them.
