Van Wert Police

March 7, 1:59 a.m. — Donald E. Oday, 35, of 604 Pewterboy Drive, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia as a result of a traffic stop near the intersection of Grill and John Brown roads.

March 6, 3:48 p.m. — Megan L. Lippincott, 32, of Middle Point, was charged with possession of a controlled substance (bath salts) as a result of a traffic stop in the parking lot of the Walmart Supercenter.

March 4, 10:16 p.m. — Cyle J. Carlisle, 21, of 302 N. Market St., was charged with domestic violence for an incident that occurred at his residence.

March 7, 4:45 a.m. — Thaddeus B. Lewis, 22, of 816 W. Main St., Apt. 26, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

March 5, 2:15 p.m. — A resident of the 300 block of North Chestnut Street reported the theft of a firearm from his house.
