March 28, 8:31 p.m. — Erica L. Rase, 19, of 123 E. Sycamore St., was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct as a result of an incident that occurred at 422 Shaffer St.

March 28, 11:53 a.m. — Zachariah J. Young, 25, of 233 Thistlewood Court, Apt. 686, was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued in Van Wert Municipal Court for failure to appear.
