April 25, 8:31 p.m. — The theft of a cell phone was reported from a locker at the YMCA, 241 W. Main St.

April 19, 3:35 p.m. — Two teenagers, Megan N. Goins, 16, of 421 Shaffer St., and Maggie M. Couch, also 16, of 433 Dickinson Ave., were charged with disorderly conduct as a result of a fight at Fountain Park.

April 24, 4:08 p.m. — Best Auto Sales, 209 N. Washington St., reported the theft of a vehicle from its lot.

April 24, 3:32 p.m. — A vehicle stolen in Tennessee was located in the 100 block of West Second Street. The vehicle had been abandoned.
