May 2, 11:12 a.m. — Keven Frasl, 48, of Delphos, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct arising out of an incident at his residence.

May 6, 1:28 a.m. — Aaron Honigford, 18, of Delphos, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired (OVI) as a result of a traffic stop near the intersection of Fifth and State streets.

May 5, 5:07 p.m. — Dean Gomez, 23, of Delphos, was charged with disorderly conduct-persisting for an incident that occurred at a business in the 100 block of East Fourth Street.
