Van Wert Police

May 11, 8:24 p.m. — A purse was reported taken from a vehicle parked in the 500 block of North Washington Street.

May 12, 3:31 p.m. — Gregory W. Caldwell, 52, and Martina A. Caldwell, 51, both of 106 N. Franklin St., were charged with disorderly conduct as a result of an altercation in the 100 block of North Franklin Street.

May 12, 3:45 p.m. — Jason L. Mitchell, 38, of 340 N. Tyler St., was charged with disorderly conduct as a result of a fight in the 700 block of East Main Street.

May 11, 6:05 p.m. — Nathaniel E. Thomas, 33, of Latty, was arrested on several outstanding warrants and was also charged with possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, a fifth-degree felony, as a result of an incident in the 600 block of East Crawford Street.

May 11, 8:53 p.m. — Jared M. Miller, 16, of 833 Allingham St., was charged with domestic violence as a result of an incident that occurred at his residence.

Delphos Police

May 12, 3:19 p.m. — The owner of a business in the 900 block of Elida Avenue reported the theft of scrap metal that was stored outside the business.
