Van Wert Police

May 21, 7:33 p.m. — Michael A. Coombs Jr., 28, of 816 W. Main St., Apt. 19, was charged with disorderly conduct as a result of an incident in Fountain Park.

May 19, 6:20 p.m. — Ora C. Duncan, 66, of 1133 W. Main St., was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia as a result of a traffic stop in the 200 block of East Main Street.

May 19, 8:45 p.m. — Daniel H. Walsh, 45, of 225 W. First St., was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI) and using fictitious license plates as a result of a traffic stop in the 800 block of North Washington Street.

May 20, 12:19 a.m. — Rollin J. Bullinger, 28, of Oakwood, was charged with OVI, fictitious plates and child endangering as a result of a traffic stop in the 100 block of East Main Street. A passenger in the vehicle, Chaz J. Bullinger, 18, also of Oakwood, was charged with underage consumption and possession of marijuana.
