May 21, 2 p.m. — Russell Gressner, 40, of Dayton, was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, criminal damaging, criminal endangering and operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI) as a result of an incident that occurred in the 300 block of Hunt Street.
