Van Wert Police

June 22, 1:45 a.m. — Franklin R. Porter Jr., 26, of 222 N. Fulton St., was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued in Van Wert Municipal Court during a stop near the intersection of Shannon and Jackson streets.

June 22, 7:57 p.m. — A woman reported that her purse was stolen while she was at the new Dollar Tree store, 337 Towne Center Blvd.

Delphos Police

June 23, 10:22 p.m. — Brooke Harpest, 18, of Delphos, was transported to St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima for treatment of injuries received in a single-vehicle accident on Spencerville Road. Harpest was also cited for operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI) after she admitted to consuming alcohol prior to driving.
