July 9, 3:22 a.m. — Joel L. Crawford, 24, of 8388 Richey Road, was cited for operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI) as a result of a traffic stop near the intersection of Crawford and Washington streets.

July 8, 3:39 p.m. — Jasmine A. Diemer, 29, of 208 W. Crawford St., and Jeremy J. Grenzbach, 31, of 412 S. Washington St., were charged with theft for allegedly shoplifting at the local Walmart Supercenter.
