Van Wert Police

July 14, 7:04 p.m. — Eva R. Leiendecker, 26, of Venedocia, was charged  with theft after she allegedly shoplifted at the local Walmart Supercenter, 301 Towne Center Blvd.

July 14, 1:39 a.m. — Nathan D. Wappelhorst, 30, of 207 Burt St., was charged with disorderly conduct after he was found passed out in the tree terrace in the 600 block of Leeson Avenue.

July 13, 11:25 p.m. — Conley James Zaleski, 18, of 10277 Convoy Road, was charged  with possession of drug paraphernalia as a result of a traffic stop in the 100 block of Gleason Avenue.

July 13, 5:12 p.m. — Terry G. Warren Jr., 25, of 101 W. Central Ave., was arrest by order of the Adult Probation Authority while at his residence.

July 14, 9:12 p.m. — A black Craftsman tool bag was stolen from the 700 block of South Shannon Street. The bag included various tools, including wrenches, sockets, rachets, vice grips and clamps.

July 12, 9:16 a.m. — All four tires were damaged on a vehicle parked in a driveway in the 500 block of Shaffer Street.

July 13, 2:07 a.m. — Jared A. Smith, 23, of 1227 E. Ervin Road, was charged with possession of drugs (heroin), a fifth-degree felony, and possession of drug abuse instruments, a misdemeanor of the second degree, as a result of an incident on North Market Street.

Delphos Police

July 15, 3:15 p.m. — Shae Ringwald, 23, and Jessica Beveridge, 24, both of Rockford, were charged with theft of gasoline as a result of an incident in a business in the 1000 block of Elida Avenue.

July 13, 9:04 p.m. — Roger Queen II, 21, of Delphos, was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI) and during without a driver’s license as a result of a traffic stop near the intersection of Cleveland and Canal streets.
