August 4, 10:28 a.m. — The theft of money was reported at Wells Fargo Bank. Police are investigating.

August 4, 10:41 p.m. — Amy S. Finger, 37, of 205 S. Fulton St., was charged with domestic violence and also resisting arrest after she struggled with police officers attempting to arrest her on the domestic violence charge.
