August 14, 2:54 p.m. — Robert E. Ainsworth, 16, of 110 N. Lynn St., was charged with domestic violence as a result of an incident at his residence.

August 13, 5:23 p.m. — Roger L. Conley, 37, of Delphos, was cited for operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI), driving under a license suspension and having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle as a result of a traffic stop in the 300 block of South Washington Street.
