Van Wert Police

August 26, 9:44 p.m. — Daniel Ray Moore, 32, of 635 N. Franklin St., Apt. 11, was charged with possession of Hydrocodone, having no valid driver’s license and expired  registration as a result of a traffic stop near the intersection of Main and Tyler streets.

August 25, 9:36 p.m. — Stephany N. wilson, 20, of 639 N. Franklin St., Apt. 9, was charged with underage consumption, furnishing a place for underage consumption and possession of drug paraphernalia as a result of an investigation into a report of an underage drinking party. Other cited were Brittney D. Wilson, 16, of rural Convoy, underage consumption; and Jose L. Quevas, 19, of 320 Burt St., for possession of marijuana.

August 25, 3:12 p.m. — Sarah M. Sanders, 30, of Lima, was charged with theft for allegedly shoplifting items at the Walmart Super Center.

August 24, 6:03 p.m. — Robert K. Stoller, 30, of 233 N. Vine St., was arrested on a warrant issued for probation violation.

August 24, 7:38 p.m. — An incident of theft was reported at Van Wert Manor.

Delphos Police

August 26, 5:32 a.m. — Richard Cook, 42, of Delphos, was arrested on an active warrant issued in Lima Municipal Court for failure to appear.

August 23, 9 p.m. — Adam Fuerst, 27, of Delphos, was arrested on charges of domestic violence as a result of an incident at his residence.
