Van Wert Police

September 14, 6:56 p.m. — Kristina L. Diltz, 32, of 816 Elm St., Apt. 2, was arrested on a warrant issued on behalf of the Van Wert County Adult Probation Department. Another resident of that address, April A. Diltz, 34, was also arrested on a similar warrant less than half an hour earlier.

September 14, 5:09 p.m. — Joel L. Crawford, 24, of 8388 Richey Road, was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant while in the 500 block of South Shannon Street.

Delphos Police

September 14, 3:21 a.m. — Melissa Frasi, 31, of Delphos, was arrested after she was seen assaulting a family or household member.

September 14, 1:12 a.m. — Logan Binnion, 19, of Spencerville, was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI) as a result of a traffic stop in the 100 block of East Second Street.
