Van Wert Police

September 19, 12:32 p.m. — A 12-year-old Marsh Foundation resident was charged with assault after she allegedly hit a staff member in the mouth.

September 18, 5:10 p.m. — Holly N. Dipple, 26, of 430 Prospect Ave., Apt. 3, was cited for an open container violation following a traffic stop near the intersection of Walnut Street and Central Avenue.

September 18, 6:46 p.m. — Christopher L. Day, 39, of 619 E. Crawford St., was arrested on a probation violation while at his residence.

September 18, 4:21 p.m. — Gregory W. Caldwell, 52, of 106 N. Franklin St., was arrested for domestic violence as a result of an incident at his residence.

Delphos Police

September 20, 6 p.m. — Heidi Stormont, 52, of Van Wert, was cited for driving under a license suspension and having fictitious license plates as a result of a traffic stop in the 300 block of South Pierce Street.
