November 29, 9:13 p.m. – Megan Fischbach, 22, of Delphos, was arrested in the 600 block of South Bredeick Street on a warrant issued in Richland County for failure to appear on a criminal trespassing charge. She was incarcerated in the Van Wert County Correctional Facility to await transport to Richland County.
