Van Wert Police

November 28, 3:52 p.m. – Kashif A. Herndon, 25, of Cleveland, was charged with obstructing official business after he allegedly provided false information to officers investigating reports of AEP Energy and Constellation employees soliciting without a permit.

November 26, 6:31 p.m. – Eric J. Hernandez, 32, of 716 Glenn St., was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI), driving while under a driver’s license suspension and possession of drug paraphernalia as a result of a traffic stop near the intersection of Lincoln and Main streets.

November 27, 1:07 a.m. – Scott L. Hartsock, 46, of 328 N. Market St., Apt. 2, was charged with OVI as a result of a traffic stop near the intersection of Market and Sycamore streets.

Delphos Police

December 1, 3:43 p.m. – Ernie Teman, 38, of Delphos, was charged with assault as a result of an altercation in the 200 block of West Clime Street.
