December 11, 12:35 p.m. — A resident of the 700 block of Glenn Street reported the theft of a 42-inch snowplow blade from his backyard.

December 12, 2:34 a.m. — Amber Somerton, 18, of 524 N. Market St., was charged with underage consumption while at Hire’s Pub & Grill/Old South on East Main Street.
