New employment firm locates in city

Leslie A. Rhoades, CEO of R&R Employment Inc., announced the opening of a new office located at 147 E. Main St., Suite A in Van Wert. This is the fourth location for R&R Employment.

In 1996, Rhoades and co-founder Richard C. Reilly recognized the need for quality recruiting, training, and staffing specialists in the area. In response, R&R Employment Inc. was opened in Decatur, Ind. Since that time, the business has expanded to Portland and New Haven, Ind.

The company has grown from its origins as a staffing company to providing full service human resource solutions including direct placements, professional and technical recruiting, training, and safety/attendance incentive programs.
