April 8, 10:16 a.m. — A restroom at Jubilee Park was reported damaged. Police are investigating.

April 6, 10:54 p.m. — Rodney O. Brown, 49, of 907 E. Crawford St., was charged with obstructing official business, in connection with his being charged with operating a vehicle while impaired and driving under suspension about an hour earlier following a traffic stop in the 1100 block of South Shannon Street.
