April 17, 11 a.m. — Randall Murray, 55, of Delphos, was arrested on a warrant issued in Van Wert Municipal Court for a bond violation on a pending domestic violence case.

April 16, 4:24 p.m. — Brandon Martin, 30, of Delphos, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence as a result of an incident that took place in the 800 block of West Skinner Street.
