Van Wert Police

April 20, 1:17 a.m. — Sarah E. Treadway, 31, of Delphos, was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI), and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia as a result of a traffic stop in the 400 block of East Central Avenue.

April 19, 5:13 p.m. — Clarence A. Webster III, 54, of 314 N. Franklin St., Apt. A, was charged with OVI as a result of a traffic stop in the 1100 block of Kear Road.

April 18, 8:57 p.m. — Kyle T. Sterrett, 33, of 484 Neel Ave., was charged with OVI and driving while under a license suspension as a result of a traffic stop in the 100 block of North Jefferson Street.

April 16, 2:03 a.m. — Damage was reported to the restrooms at Jubilee Park.

Delphos Police

April 21, 3:14 a.m. — Vanessa Kill, 27, of Lima, was charged with disorderly conduct by intoxication and transported to the Allen County Jail. She will appear in Lima Municipal Court on the charge.

April 19, 1:52 a.m. — A hit-skip accident was reported in the 500 block of South Franklin Street. A vehicle was impounded as evidence in the accident and the case turned over to the Delphos Police Department Detective Bureau for further investigation.
