Flagship gives to VWCS

Michael Baldea, owner of Flagship Tax Center, 114 W. Main St., presents a check in the amount of $130 to Van Wert City Schools Superintendent Ken Amstutz as part of the “Help Our School” campaign during this year’s tax season. In January, cards were sent home with elementary and preschool children offering a $40 discount on income tax preparation fees and a $10 donation to the school of their choice for each card presented to Flagship.  Now in its third year, Flagship has donated over $300 to the Van Wert City Schools. The program has grown each year and Baldea plans on continuing this fundraising program for years to come.
