May 6, 5:16 p.m. — Viola Q. Quiroz, 57, of 1132 Pratt St., was cited for failure to confine an animal after an incident in the 1100 block of Pratt Street.

May 5, 9:45 p.m. — Terry G. Warren Jr., 26, of 1155-A Bell Ave., was arrested on a warrant issued in Van Wert County Common Pleas Court as a result of the May grand jury session.

May 5, 1:15 a.m. — Alex K. Feasby, 29, of 314 S. Cherry St., was cited for an open container violation while in the 100 block of South Market Street.

May 5, 1:44 a.m. — Kraig R. Howard, 51, of 908 E. Crawford St., was cited for disorderly conduct after he was seen urinating in public in the 100 block of North Market Street.

May 3, 10:45 p.m. — Jeremy L. Siefker, 27, of Delphos, was arrested for operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI), an open container violation and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia as a result of a traffic stop in the 100 block of East Third Street.

May 5, 4:05 a.m. — Matthew W. Parr, 20, of 655 N. Market St., was cited for underage consumption and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and Lacey N. Warren, 22, of 103 Daniel St., Apt. 27, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia as a result of an incident at AEP Electric, 690 N. Cherry St.

May 4, 2:53 a.m. — Tyler L. Scheblo, 30, of 116 E. Raymond St., was cited for disorderly conduct as a result of an incident in the 100 block of East Raymond St.
