May 20, 7:56 a.m. — James Steele IV, 22, of Delphos, was arrested on a charge of theft for an alleged shoplifting incident at a business in the 1100 block of Elida Avenue.

May 19, 9:45 p.m. — Tracy Figert, 26, of Van Wert, was cited for possession of marijuana as a result of an incident near the intersection of Seventh and Jefferson streets.
