Van Wert Police

June 20, 10:50 p.m. — Cody V. Lippi, 23, of 120 Briarwood Drive, was charged with possession of spice when officers were called to the residence to investigate a dispute.

June 22, 3:07 a.m. — Mark S. Thomas, 48, of St. Marys, was cited for operating a vehicle while impaired after being stopped for a moving violation near the intersection of Central Avenue and Walnut Street.

June 21, 10 p.m. — Matthew K. Davis, 24, of Amarillo, Texas, was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued on behalf of the Wood County Sheriff’s Department.

Delphos Police

June 22, 8:36 a.m. — Christopher Swan, 28, of Delphos, was charged with failure to comply with the signal of a police officer, a felony of the third degree, in connection with a high-speed chase that began in Delphos and went into the city of Lima.
