Van Wert Police

July 25, 11:57 p.m. — Devin T. Rismiller, 18, of St. Marys, was cited for underage consumption while at Van Wert Reservoir No. 3.

July 26, 9:44 p.m. — Cyle J. Black, 27, of 209 W. Fourth St., was charged with driving while under a license suspension and cited with an open container violation as a result of a traffic stop near the intersection of Shannon Street and Maple Avenue.

July 26, 8:53 p.m. — Lorenzo J. Frye, 24, of 10052 Lincoln Highway, Apt. 4, and Buddy D. Raines Jr., 23, of 719 E. Sycamore St., were both cited for an open container violation as a result of a traffic stop in the 100 block of South Market Street.
