August 5, 2:46 p.m. — William A. Hire, 47, of 749 S. Shannon St., and Lee Allen Russell, 61, of 603 Liberty St., were both cited for disorderly conduct as a result of a dispute at Russell’s residence.

August 6, 9:05 p.m. — Amanda S. Thomas, 27, of 315 Woodland Ave., Apt. C, and Brandi K. Bidlack, 29, of 816 Elm St., Apt. 3, were charged with theft in connection with a shoplifting incident at Main Street Market, 1107 S. Shannon St.

August 7, 11:34 a.m. — Chad Kouts, 23, of 121 S. Wall St., was arrested at his residence for a parole violation order from the Ohio Parole Authority.
