Ellinger earns business designation

Denis W. Ellinger, CPIM, CPM, has been awarded the Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) credential by APICS, the Association for Operations Management.

The CPIM credential, established by APICS in 1973, recognizes supply chain professionals with substantial professional expertise in all aspects of procurement, inventory management, requirements planning and continuous improvement.

Requirements include passing five intensive, technical exams. Supply chain professionals who have earned the CPIM credential must be re-certified every five years.

Ellinger is currently the business administrator for the West Central Ohio Youth for Christ organization.
