College night set for Sept. 25

College night will take place on Wednesday, Sept. 25 from 6:30-8 p.m. at Vantage Career Center. Over 40 colleges and universities will be represented. It is an open forum, where juniors and seniors will be free to talk to the colleges, universities and military organization of their choice.

The Lady Lancer Golf team recently upped their record to 5-4 on the season with a victory over Antwerp. Their team score of 195 was the best on the season. Macey Ashbaugh led the team in scoring with a 47. Makenzie Kraft shot a 48 with Mikenna Klinger posting a 50. Macala Ashbaugh shot a 50 and Kaylee Hobbs had a 57. Earlier, the team traveled to Minster and lost to a tough Wildcat team 195 to 213. Klinger shot a 42 to grab third place. Macey A shot a 49. The team has the Willow Bend and Wayne Trace Invitational in addition to a few dual matches, before the Sectional Tournament on Sept. 24.
