Van Wert Police

September 16, 11:55 a.m. — Stephanie R. Fannon, 33, of 317 S. Market St., was picked up on a holder from Van Wert County Common Pleas Court.

September 13, 9:36 p.m. — Jacob Tyler Davis, 17, of Ohio City, was cited for operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI) and possession of marijuana as a result of a traffic stop in the 100 block of Fox Road. A 15-year-old passenger was also cited for possession of marijuana.

September 15, 3:13 p.m. — Elisha Jacob Secrist, 16, of 729 George St., was cited for disorderly conduct as a result of an incident in the 300 block of South Vine Street.

September 14, 2:16 a.m. — David Seibert, 20, of 518 S. Market St., was cited for OVI as a result of a traffic stop in the 100 block of North Washington Street. Disorderly conduct charges are also pending against Seibert for allegedly having an air soft pistol in Hire’s Pub & Grill in the 200 block of East Main Street.

September 14, 3:25 a.m. — Eric S. Pedemonti, 23, of 356 W. Crawford St., was cited for an open container violation in the 200 block of East Central Avenue.

September 14, 12:19 a.m. — Allyson R. Brown, 21, of Pittsburgh, Pa., was arrested on a warrant issued in Van Wert Municipal Court.
