September 12, 6:21 p.m. – A 16-year-old juvenile, whose name was not released, was cited for possession of marijuana and for driving while under a license suspension as a result of a traffic stop in near the intersection of Clay and Clime streets.

September 16, 11:43 p.m. – A 16-year-old juvenile, whose name was not released, was found in an altered mental state after allegedly abusing harmful intoxicants at a residence in the 400 block of South Cass Street. The teenager was transported to a local hospital for medical treatment, and charges are pending in Van Wert County Juvenile Court.

September 18, 3:11 p.m. – A restroom at Waterworks Park was reportedly vandalized
