December 14, 9:20 p.m. — Jeffrey Eley and Margo Eley, both 42 and both of Delphos, were cited for persistent disorderly conduct by reason of intoxication after officers were dispatched to Eastowne Shopping Plaza over a report of a suspicious vehicle. Both will face charges in Lima Municipal Court.
