On Monday and Tuesday, while everyone else was enjoying the weather and days off, several Lincolnview teachers and administrators were attending the Ohio Educational Technology Conference in Columbus.  The Ohio Educational Technology Conference is the third-largest state educational conference in the nation. Each year, more than 5,000 educational technology professionals and enthusiasts come together to explore the forefront of learning and innovation in Ohio. State and national experts spoke at over 400 educational sessions. The exhibit hall housed more than 250 exhibitors.

Attendees were able to choose from sessions that dealt with arts and design, educational innovations, eLearning and distance learning, measurement and assessment, teacher and staff professional development, and technology infrastructure. OETC is the teacher’s annual opportunity to tap into educational currents across the state and explore strategies, answer questions, and share insights with peers.
