Delphos Police

February 6, 6:60 p.m. — Ashley Harter 31, of Delphos, was cited for criminal trespass after she was seen walking on a residential property in the 800 block of West Skinner Street that she had been previously warned  not to visit.

February 7, 12:23 a.m. — Larry D. Brincefield, 51, of Delphos, was charged with a fourth-degree felony count of domestic violence as a result of a domestic incident that occurred in the 200 block of West Clime Street.

February 9, 2:12 a.m. — Jeremy Kent, 30, of Delphos, was cited for operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI), driving under a license suspension, possession of drug abuse instruments and a seatbelt violation as a result of a traffic stop in the 600 block of Euclid Avenue.
