Van Wert Police

February 22, 4:48 p.m. — Etta D. Huffine, 36, of 614 Allingham Drive, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia as a result of an incident at her residence.

February 22, 10:27 p.m. — James E. Mihm Jr., 19, of 3949 U.S. 127, was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI) and a lane violation as a result of a traffic stop near the intersection of Leeson Avenue and Sibley Street.

February 21, 1:07 p.m. — Donald J. Smith, 35, of Toledo, was served with a warrant issued in Van Wert Municipal Court for failure to appear while at the Van Wert County Correctional Facility.

February 20, 3:30 p.m. — Sheila R. Newcombe-Napier, 44, of 501 N. Race St., was charged with obstructing official business as a result of an accident investigation.

February 19, 9:17 p.m. — Terry G. Warren Jr., 27, of 147 Blaine St., was arrested on a warrant for probation violation while at his residence.

February 19, 3:11 p.m. — Jessica L. Beveridge, 26, of Rockford, was charged with disorderly conduct as a result of an incident at Subway.

February 18, 9:23 p.m. — Jordan Wolfrey, 23, of Greenville, was charged with OVI and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia as a result of a traffic stop in the 700 block of South Washington Street.

February 17, 11:15 p.m. — Jermaine Davis, 29, of Fort Wayne, Ind., was charged with OVI as a result of a traffic stop in the city.

February 15, 1:15 a.m. — Gillian Divante Antonio West, 22, of 643 N. Franklin St., Apt. 10, was arrested on a warrant issued on behalf of the Allen County Sheriff’s Office.

February 15, 6:20 p.m. — Benjamin L. Seibert, 22, of 239 N. Jefferson St., Apt. 7, was arrested on a warrant issued in Dekalb County, Ind.

Delphos Police

February 19, no time listed — Matthew Roberts, 26, of Salamonia, Ind., was charged with violation of a protective order, a misdemeanor of the first degree, for trying to contact a Delphos resident.

February 20, 8:18 p.m. — Lucas Etzler, 19, of Ohio City, was charged with possession of marijuana and having an expired license registration.
