Warnecke awarded CPCU designation

Central Insurance Companies employee Tina Warnecke has been awarded the professional insurance designation Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) from the American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters. This is a professional credential recognized throughout the risk management and insurance business.

She has completed a rigorous eight-course program of academic, ethical, and experience requirements.

Warnecke lives in Fort Jennings with her husband, Rob. She is a member of the International Association of Insurance Professionals (IAIP), volunteers as a Junior Achievement instructor, served on several Central committees and is a member of St. Joseph’s Parish Council in Fort Jennings.

Warnecke graduated from Ottoville High School before going to Wright State University in Dayton, where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics. She began working at Central in March 2003 in the Actuarial Department and is currently a senior actuarial analyst for Central’s Home Office.

Warnecke also holds the following designations: Associate in Personal Insurance (API), and Associate in General Insurance (AINS).

The American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters is a nonprofit educational organization founded in 1942 to establish a program of professional education and certification for those employed in the property and casualty insurance business.
