Van Wert independent Balyeat’s Coffee Shop isn’t gone after all. Businesswoman Anita Miller is the new owner of Balyeat’s Coffee Shop after she had the top bid of $70,000 during an auction held Monday afternoon. Miller plans to keep the restaurant operating as it has since 1924, with possibly some interior updates.
