July 22, no time listed — Jake Stallkamp, 18, of Delphos, was cited for underage consumption for an incident that occurred near the intersection of Clay and First streets. A juvenile that was with Stallkamp was charged with a curfew violation.

July 23, no time listed — Ryan East, 33, of Delphos, was cited for an open container violation, as well as a traffic violation as a result of a traffic stop within the city.
