Van Wert Police

September 11, 10:19 p.m. — Dewey Cantu, 27, of Ohio City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear while at Lassus Handy Dandy, 885 N. Washington St.

September 9, 9:01 p.m. — Brent L. Kline, 44, of 509 N. Race St., was charged with a civil protection order violation while in the 400 block of National Court.

September 9, 4:51 p.m. — Christopher W.A. Frank, 17, of 1116 Kear Road, Christopher G. Klewer, 16, of 11062 Lincoln Highway, were both charged with criminal damaging for throwing knives at a pavilion and tree in  Fountain Park.

September 9, 2:12 a.m. — Sarah E. Franklin, 36, of Payne, was cited for having physical control of a motor vehicle while impaired while in the parking lot of Walmart.

September 8, 10:22 p.m. — Bradie A. Strawser, 20, of 329½ South Ave., was arrested on a warrant issued on behalf of the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office.

September 4, 4:44 a.m. — Several teens and one adult were charged in connection with an alleged drinking party at 617 Liberty St. Cited for underage consumption were Reid W. Jarvis, 19, of 330 Boyd Ave.; David F. Slagle, 18, of Rockford; Jimmie C. Benavides, 19, of 16575 U.S. 224; and Dylan L. Pollock, 19, of 415 S. Vine St. Christina Donate-McClure, 27, of 815 E. Main St., was cited for furnishing alcohol for underage consumption.

September 3, 5:59 p.m. — Elizabeth B. West, 22, of Delphos, was cited for operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI) and having an open container of alcohol following a traffic stop in the 100 block of East Main Street.

September 4, 6:16 p.m. — Isaac L. Swary, 20, of Payne, was cited for OVI and possession of marijuana paraphernalia following a traffic stop near the intersection of Kear Road and Vision Drive.

Delphos Police

September 5, no time listed — Cody Diltz, 21, of Delphos, was cited for failure to reinstate his driver’s license following a traffic stop.

September 2, no time listed — Jordan Nieto, 24, of Delphos, was cited for driving under a license forfeiture suspension following a traffic stop.
