Van Wert Police

March 9, 11:38 p.m. — Keli L. Pontius, 31, of 218 S. Tyler St., was arrested at Van Wert Municipal Court for a probation violation.

March 10, 3:25 a.m. — Amber L. Baker, 28, of 9945 Pleasant Drive, was arrested in the 100 block of East Sycamore Street on an outstanding warrant issued in Van Wert Municipal Court. An additional charges of possession of drug abuse instruments and drug paraphernalia were also filed.

March 11, 4:59 p.m. — Ellen L. Cain, 83, of 499 Shaffer St., was charged with violating the city’s nuisance ordinance.

March 10, 4:18 p.m. — Daniel L. Dunn, 37, of 1161 E. Ervin Road, was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued on behalf of the Van Wert County Sheriff’s Office, and was also charged with driving while under an OVI license suspension, and possession of drug abuse instruments.

March 10, 8:28 a.m. — Larry F. Flory III, 33, of 913 George St., was cited for domestic violence for an incident that occurred at his residence.

March 9, 7:48 p.m. — Chad A. Ratliff, 40, of 816 W. Main St., Apt. 20, was arrested on warrant issued in Van Wert County Common Pleas Court for probation violation.

March 9, 6:28 a.m. — Cyle J. Black, 31, of 513 Blaine St., was charged with domestic violence by threat as a result of an altercation at his residence.

March 8, 2:51 p.m. — Eric D. Bowers, 31, of 1134 Woodland Ave., was arrested on a probation violation warrant issued in Van Wert Municipal Court.

March 7, 3:13 p.m. — Dustyn JF Taylor, 27, of 218 S. Tyler St., was arrested on a child support warrant issued in Van Wert County Juvenile Court.

March 7, 5:07 p.m. — Randy S. Parker, 37, of 516 S. Shannon St., was arrested on a warrant issued on behalf of the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office, while at his residence.

March 7, 5:55 p.m. — Bailey S. Parker, 19, of 516 S. Shannon St., was arrested on a warrant issued on behalf of the St. Marys Police Department.

March 7, 2:48 a.m. — Jamie L. Grieves, 41, of Sidney, was cited for operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI) following a traffic stop near the intersection of Washington and Third streets.

March 7, 1:44 a.m. — David F. Krieg, 25, of Ivy Court Apartments, 1066 W. Main St., Apt. G, was charged with domestic violence for an altercation that took place at his residence.

March 5, 9:28 a.m. — Stacy M. Young, 41, of 117 St. Vine St., was arrested on a warrant issued in Allen County, Ohio.

March 3, 5:10 p.m. — Keith N. Ratliff, 28, of Gomer, was cited for an open container violation following a traffic stop near the intersection of Wayne Street and Lincoln Highway.

March 3, 11:52 p.m. — Nathan A. Dunn, 35, of 234 W. Main St., Apt. 4, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and drug abuse instruments, while Christina W. Donate-McClure, 28, of the same address, was cited for possession of drug abuse instruments following a traffic stop in the 200 block of West Main Street.

February 28, 5:21 p.m. — Kelly J. Alvarez, 22, of 635 N. Franklin St., Apt. 10, was charged with improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle and for possession of a stolen gun following a traffic stop in the 1100 block of West Main Street.

February 26, 12:59 p.m. — Milo B. Holt Jr., 19, of 402 S. Wayne St., was arrested on a warrant issued in Celina Municipal Court, and was also charged with possession of drug abuse instruments.

February 27, 2:07 a.m. — Kurt V. Strukamp, 54, of Madison, Indiana, was charged with possession of methamphetamines, marijuana, drug abuse instruments, and drug paraphernalia as a result of a traffic stop in the 600 block of North Race Street.

February 26, 4:45 p.m. — Thomas E. West, 54, of Middle Point, was arrested on a warrant issued in Van Wert County Common Pleas Court.
